Our House
Pamper your pet with comfortable accommodations for those times when you are away. Our full-time care will ensure your pet's stay is enjoyable and safe.
At this time I take in no more than a few dogs at a time. If your pet is used to sleeping with you, please make sure that they are freshly bathed and they will be welcome to sleep with us in our an air-conditioned home. Your dog must be friendly as I have 3 small dogs of my own that they will need to be compatible with.
Since moving to Florida I can only keep small dogs in my home as it doesn't have the space that I had in Ohio. I can still accommodate large dogs, however they would stay in our very comfortable indoor / outdoor kennel area. We supply doggie cots, bedding, & bowls.
Fresh food, water, and linens will be provided daily for your dog. We suggest bringing their normal food to avoid unwanted tummy upsets. Feel free to bring any washable bedding material from home that may provide a familiar scent and make their stay more comfortable. You are welcome to provide blankets, treats and toys.

Once you have booked a reservation we will set up a "meet and greet." This is a visit before the reservation is to start where the representative can come meet you and your pet(s) and get instructions on pet care.
PLEASE NOTE: All fees are due and payable in advance of service. Payment by check is preferred. Additional charges incurred may be billed and are due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Checks returned by the bank for any reason are subject to a $25 fee.
Every pet must be healthy and free of any contagious illnesses. Each guest must be spayed or neutered past the age of 6 months and provide proof of current vaccinations prior to boarding. We require Rabies, DHPP, and Bordatella.
Rates
Price for care in my home is $18 per day for one dog, $119 per week. Two dogs in the same family is an additional $12 per day, $189 per week. Partial days will be charged a rate of $1 per hour and $1 per hour for each additional pet, up to 8 hours; anything beyond 8 hours will be considered an additional day. There are no minimum days for boarding or pricing difference for weekends. I also offer a pet pick-up and delivery service. We do not offer pick up or drop off on Holidays.
Boarding
We now offer boarding services! Our indoor/outdoor kennels are climate-controlled.
Rates are $14 per day, $10 additional for the second dog, and $6 for the third dog. Partial days will be charged a rate of $1 per hour and $1 per hour for each additional pet, up to 8 hours; anything beyond 8 hours will be considered an additional day. There are no minimum days for boarding or pricing difference for weekends. We do not offer pick up or drop off on Holidays.
STRICT NO FLEA POLICY: If your pet is not on a quality monthly flea treatment (Comfortis or Advantage) it is required that you stop by our facility and purchase (for $6.00) a Capstar tablet to give to your pet 4 hours before drop off. If we find that upon arrival your pet does have fleas it will be given a Capstar which will be added to your bill. If your pet is on a monthly treatment and you choose to purchase a Capstar to be given before pickup, we can do that for you. Capstar is not a monthly treatment; it kills the fleas that are on the dog but it doesn't prevent them from getting fleas.
