I had a positive grooming service today. I was a first time customer to Crestview Country Kennel on Hwy. 90 and 393. Hercules was very dirty and long over due for a bath and clip and nail trim, we unexpectedly had car trouble and I called them on short notice to cancel and they offered to come get him, which they did at no additional charge. I always had problems clipping his nails myself (it was a wrestling match). Anyways, he did really well for them, he looked great, and was a happy fella, even though he was happy to see me, he was so comfortable with them he was in no hurry to leave. I was very pleased and would gladly refer others to them.

I just got the best grooming job done to my dog!It was reasonable in price,the owner was FRIENDLY,and the drive was not bad at all to get there.My dog smelt great and even had little pink bows in her hair!:)She hadnt been groomed for 3 months,so she was looking like a rag mop.She didnt have to stay there all day,and when I picked her up,she was so cute and precious.I almost couldnt keep my eyes off her on the way home!Dont be afraid to change groomers is what Im saying.Ive been to the N of town and she was LOADED with fleas (a couple x's),S of town,they cut it there way and have a growing rep of cruelty.I just want people to know of Crestview Country Kennel.It was a short drive towards Mossy Head,but oh so worth it!There # is 850-902-3647.Im so glad I found them:)

My name is Bonnie Smith. My husband and I have two collie mix dogs as our pets. They are both rescue dogs so they are a bit hesitant with new people. We met Cindy Hunter when she first opened her dog wash/pet grooming salon down the street from our house. We first started using her salon services, which we love. At the salon, they have been wonderful with the dogs. They do a great job with grooming both animals. Upon further investigation, we found that she also would sit dogs in her home. We travel a lot so this was good news. She has been a God send to us. Our dogs absolutely love her. She treats them as she would her own.
We just found that she is moving to Florida and we are heartbroken to be losing her. For the past two years, she has watched our dogs whenever we go out of town. I never worry if they are OK or wanting for anything as Cindy gives them plenty of love and attention. Like I said earlier, they adore her.

Over the last four years Cindy has watched my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel while I vacationed. It was always comforting to know that my dog was being cared for by someone that loved him just as much as I did. It was a testament to Cindy that when I asked Carson if he wanted to go to Cindy’s for the weekend he would wag his tail and run for the door.
At Cindy’s house Carson was able to play in a secure yard, relax on her sofa, and be spoiled. Her home was a vacation for him. I can’t recommend Cindy enough as a care provider for your pet. The perks of having Cindy watch your pet are immeasurable.

I first moved from out of state to Columbus, Ohio around the same time that Cindy opened her dog grooming boutique in the German Village neighborhood. I just got a puppy, a teacup poodle, and needed to take him to a place that I could trust. I don't trust Petsmart and other pet superstores having heard too many horror stories. After an internet search, I came across All About The Dogs and decided to try it. I met Cindy and she absolutely fell in love with my dog Happy. She took a picture of him, and gave him special attention before handing him over to the groomer. That put my mind at ease as this was his very first grooming appointment since I got him.
When I needed to go out of town on vacation, Cindy was the first person that I asked for her personal recommendation. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to learn that she also offered dog sitting services. I preferred this option because she already knew Happy, and I knew Happy wouldn't be sitting in a cage all day like he would at a pet boarding location. He would get to interact with other dogs, and she was extra attentive to him because of his size (he only weighs 3 pounds). She asked me to write down any instructions about his routine, and she called me whenever she had a question. My favorite moment was returning to pick up Happy and seeing him comfortably sitting in a doggy carrying pouch that Cindy had strapped around her. She even let me borrow it for a while suggesting that it was a nice way to keep him close (he's very much a lap dog) and still move about to get your work done. That would NEVER happen when boarding my dog.
I was so impressed with Cindy's extra care and quality of services that I took the initiative to recommend her in Angie's List so that others could benefit. Over approximately 3 years, I saw her grooming boutique grow from just a few animals a day to a packed schedule. I have seen her take in animals that people have dropped off, and I have seen her staff do miracles with dogs that were horribly mistreated in terms of grooming and caring for them. Cindy is very particular about who she brings on her staff, and holds everyone to the highest of expectations. It always put my mind at ease knowing that I was leaving Happy in the best of care. I even got jealous to see him become so animated whenever we stopped by to say hello or drop him off for grooming and/or dog sitting.
I am genuinely sad to see Cindy leave the area. She is honest, caring, compassionate, personable, and I know whatever she takes on next will do just as fantastic as her business services she established from the ground up in Columbus or even better. Happy and I miss her dearly but glad to share her with a new set of clientele.
